Issue:

Received email that says: payment has timed out without us receiving the required funds 



What can this mean?

This means that your transaction did not complete with us and was not delivered to the merchant. 



What can you do now?

  1. If you did not want to make this purchase, or made it accidentally and have not sent funds, you don't have to do anything.
  2. If you were trying to make a purchase, you would have to check your wallet to see if any funds were sent. If you did send funds, check to see if they are confirmed on the blockchain. If they are then you may receive a refund email; check your spam folder/filter.
  3. Funds were sent, but still no email, contact us with information from the payment. Please make sure to copy and paste any relevant information in a new ticket.
