If you were attempting to make a purchase, please check your wallet to confirm whether any funds were sent.
If funds were not sent, you can simply try the transaction again.
If funds were sent, verify whether the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.
If confirmed, you may receive a follow-up email regarding a refund. Please also check your spam or junk mail folder in case it was filtered there.
If you sent funds but have not received any follow-up communication, please contact our support team and provide the following:
The payment ID
The transaction ID (TXID) with a link to the blockchain
A brief description of the issue
